What We Collect
During the 21-day pilot, Alesia collects only what is necessary to deliver the service:
- Name and email address — provided at checkout via Stripe. Used to deliver your welcome email and connection details.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your credit card details.
- Business information you choose to share — vendor names, invoices, customer contacts, internal notes. Your agent retains only what you explicitly provide or authorize.
How We Use Your Information
- To provision and operate your pilot agent
- To deliver connection details and support communications
- To process your $19.99 pilot payment via Stripe
- To improve Alesia's services and infrastructure
Where Your Data Lives
During the pilot, your agent runs on Alesia's infrastructure. It sees only what you choose to share. Its job is to begin learning the shape of your business — not to roam through systems you did not connect.
If you continue beyond the pilot, Alesia works with you on the right lasting deployment for your agent. Identity, memory depth, and operating boundaries are agreed before that deployment begins.
Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled: stripe.com/privacy
Data Retention and Deletion
If you walk away from the pilot, Alesia retains payment records for accounting and tax purposes. All business information shared with your agent during the pilot is deleted within 30 days of pilot expiration, unless you request earlier deletion.
To request deletion of your data at any time, email Alesia support.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting Alesia support. We will respond within 14 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We will notify you via email if this policy changes in a material way. Continued use of the pilot after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
