The Pilot
The 21-day Alesia pilot is a one-time $19.99 engagement. You provide your name, email, and payment. Alesia provisions an agent that begins learning the shape of your business.
Connection details are delivered via email, typically immediately and always within one hour of payment verification.
Pilot Terms
- $19.99 is credited if you choose to continue with Alesia after the pilot concludes.
- $19.99 is nonrefundable if you choose not to continue.
- The pilot does not renew automatically. No subscription is created. No recurring charge is applied.
- Any next step — extended engagement, ongoing support, or deployment — requires a separate agreement and explicit authorization.
What the Agent Does
Your agent observes, records, and organizes the business information you provide. It generates morning reports, tracks vendor communications, flags overdue items, and preserves institutional memory. It does not make binding decisions, enter into contracts, or take actions on your behalf without explicit instruction.
What the Agent Does Not Do
- Access systems, accounts, or data sources you have not explicitly connected
- Communicate with third parties without your knowledge and consent
- Store or process data beyond the scope of your pilot or agreed deployment
- Guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or cost savings
Data Ownership
You own all data you provide to your agent. Alesia does not claim ownership of your business information, customer data, vendor relationships, or internal processes. You may request a complete export of your agent's memory at any time.
Intellectual Property
Alesia retains ownership of the underlying agent architecture, memory systems, and platform infrastructure. Your specific agent's learned behaviors, memories, and configurations remain yours to control during and after the pilot.
Limitation of Liability
Alesia provides the pilot service as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results. Our total liability for any claim arising from the pilot is limited to the amount you paid ($19.99).
Refunds
The $19.99 pilot fee is nonrefundable if you choose not to continue. If you continue, the full $19.99 is credited toward your engagement. We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of service failure, but this is not an obligation.
Changes to These Terms
We will notify you via email if these terms change materially. Continued use of the pilot after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
